Driving School Terms & Conditions

Pupil:
1. The instructor will make his/her services as an instructor available to the pupil for the sole purpose of giving the pupil driving tuition at the rate per lesson for the pre-arranged time agreed.
2. In the event that the instructor is unable to attend for a specific appointment, or in the event of a mechanical breakdown or other cause, the instructor reserves the right to re-arrange the lesson to a time convenient to both parties.
3. The instructor will carry motor vehicle insurance covering the pupil whilst driving the tuition vehicle accompanied by an instructor or a Driving Standards Agency examiner.
4. The lesson fee will be paid in advance of each lesson course booked.
5. Intensive courses are non-refundable unless one weeks' notice is given (5 clear working days). All refunds will incur £25 administration charge...
6. If the pupil fails to give the instructor a minimum of three working days notice cancelling any lesson, the pupil shall be liable for the lesson fee in respect of such lesson.
7. The pupil confirms that he/she is duly licensed to drive the tuition vehicle.
8. We cannot guarantee test dates as they are controlled by the DSA, however we will endeavor to find the dates for you so you can take a test as soon as possible. If however, the test is changed by the DSA due to bad weather or examiner sickness etc we do not have any control over this.
9. Once the course has been booked and you have been assigned an ADI, you accept that Intensive Driving Agency take no responsibility if any problems occur, however we help to assist any way we can.
10. The ADI will be responsible for any financial agreement once course has been assigned.
11. We do not offer any refund if unsuccessful at any stage of course in relation to taking the Theory or Practical Driving Test. Any re tests will be at the Pupils cost.
12. The ADI reserves the right to change the test date if the pupil is not up to suitable standard, if so the course will be completed and extra tuition may be required.
13. The final day of the course will include the Driving Test where applicable, The Adi will pick you up 2.5hrs before Practical test time.
14. I as the pupil (learner candidate) agree to all the above terms and conditions.

ADI:
1. ADI's when assigned Intensive Driving Courses accept full responsibility once funds have been transferred. You will be expected to then liaise direct with pupil.
2. If there is any reason you cannot make the course or a particular lesson you must liaise with pupil once again to re arrange at a suitable time for both parties.
3. The ADI accepts full responsibility for the course once booking and funds have been transferred to his/her bank account. If any changes or disputes arise it's your responsibility to sort out.
4. You agree that once you accept booking, Intensive Driving Agency take no responsibility for any problems which may occur but we will help to assist any way we can.
